As CMO and Digital Experience for Meta, a mental tele healthcare platform for college students, I led the end-to-end development of a new brand system and digital experience tailored to the emotional and behavioral needs of Gen Z. Through close and hands on work with product, UX, and clinical stakeholders, we built a scalable, mobile-first platform that balanced empathy, accessibility, and conversion — supporting both engagement and mental wellness outcomes across campus networks.
